  Where do you ship to?  

Currently Pink Mandarin products can only be shipped to physical delivery locations within South Africa. We hope to expand our delivery area soon.

  Can I collect my purchases from you?  

We'd love to have you visit us for a cup of tea and chin wag. Unfortunately, Pink Mandarin does not have the facilities to allow for collections. Yet.

  Will you deliver to my post box please?  

In order to ensure your precious Pink Mandarin parcel reaches you safely, quickly, and undamaged, our courier service provider can only deliver to a physical location, and all deliveries must be signed for.

  What payment methods do you accept?  

All payments to Pink Mandarin are processed through our payment provider PayFast. Currently we accept payments through Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Instant EFT to all major South African banks, Visa Electron and MasterCard Maestro cards, and through the Zapper scan-to-pay system.
